Vancouver Rowing Club: Rugby

The Vancouver Rowing Club Rugby Section is a rugby club in Vancouver, British Columbia. Known locally as "Rowers", the club was founded in 1908 and has continued its storied history ever since.

We currently run senior mens, juniors, old boys and mini-rugby sides as part of the British Columbia Rugby Union. Our home pitch is located in the famous Stanley Park a few hundred metres from the VRC clubhouse in Coal Harbour.

Senior Men: First game of the Spring 2012 season, Feb 4th
The new schedule is out from BCRU, First and Second XV open against Velox at home. Rowers are entering 3 full sides in the spring comp - all hands needed as every week will be a battle - get out to training!

Greyhounds: Friendly vs Loma Legends Feb 12th
Yearly local derby! Old men strap up against older ones! Pints afterwards at Connaught Park. Come on out even if you can't play. Reply on Facebook to say you're coming.
