VRC Labour Day Yachting Cruise - Lamb & Pig Barbecue
Greetings Yachties,
You are cordially invited to our premier cruising event of the year at beautiful Montague Harbour on Galiano Island.
ITINERARY
Saturday, August 30th, 2008. Happy Hour at 4 PM. Pot Luck Dinner Party at 6
Sunday, August 31st. Happy Hour at 4 PM. The lamb & pig barbecue dinner will be served sometime between 4 & 6 PM.
TICKETS
Advance purchase tickets only. You must have a ticket to attend this event.
No tickets will be available on site.
Cost: Tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for children under 13.
Where to purchase: Tickets are only available through the VRC office. You may pick them up in person and pay by cash, credit or debit. Tickets can also be ordered by phone and paid with a credit card. Telephone ordered tickets may be picked up at the office until closing on Wednesday, August 27th otherwise they will be transported by the Cruising Officer for pick up at Montague Harbour.

Limited number of tickets: Avoid disappointment and get you tickets early.
EVENT DETAILS
The events are to be held at the Montague Harbour Provincial Marine Park's group campsite and cooking shelter.
On both afternoons the Club will provide cold draft beer, an incredible selection of red and white wines, pop, juice, coffee and bottled water. Beer cups, wine glasses, coffee cups, paper plates, utensils and napkins will also be provided.
Snacks including potato chips & dip, nachos & salsa, peanuts, cheese & crackers will be served at Saturdays Happy Hour.
Please bring a pot-luck, main course, side dish or dessert to Saturday’s dinner party.
Sundays lamb & pig barbecue will be served with baked potatoes with all the fixings, salad & dressing, fresh Chilliwack corn, dinner rolls, butter and mint sauce. Please bring a pot-luck dessert to Sunday's barbecue.
This is our biggest cruising event of the year. It takes a lot of helping hands to host this awesome party. More than any other event we desperately need your support with some of the light duties in the, transporting of supplies, food preparation, serving and clean up. Please approach me on-site to volunteer for a duty. Thank you
